just open notepad, save the empty/blank pad as .txt (no filename) and put it inside GAME folder. Run Rockband and your game folder will still be there after exiting game.

An easier way is to just goto psp/game folder on the memory stick, right click, new> text document. That should do it.

Before Make a new emty text file (notepad) name is e.g. "new.txt" and put it inside PSP/GAME folder.And run the game.
Because whenever you play this game, it deletes the "/GAME" folder from the Memory Stick.
it'll say that "there are no games" on your Memory Stick.
